Leafield Environmental is delighted to be exhibiting at the APSE Scotland Fleet, Waste and Grounds Seminar on Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 May 2024 at the prestigious MacDonald Aviemore Highland Resort.
Melanie Murphy, Leafield’s Business Development Manager is excited to be showcasing Leafield’s high-quality UK-made litter and recycling bins at Scotland’s largest public sector fleet, waste and ground services exhibition next month. As well as discussing Leafield’s recent work with local authorities including working in partnership with South Ayrshire Council to increase their recycling rates in parks.
The event is jammed pack with talks and discussions on fleet, waste and ground services, followed by the Striving for Excellence Awards taking place on the evening of Thursday 24 May to recognise the hard work and success of local authorities in Scotland.

- South Ayrshire’s food waste project – Iain Martin, Team Leader, South Ayrshire Council and Catherine Pendreigh, Food Systems Team, Zero Waste.
- Litter managers Network – Scotland’s National Litter and Flytipping strategy focusing on the progression of the actions with representation from ZWS.
- Waste and Recycling – Continuation of discussions covering the important policy milestones within the CE and Waste Route Map for 2030.
